And never, ever disagree with management, they will retaliate in any way they can. Remember you as a GL buyer are not entitled to your own thoughts or opinions if they differ from GL's. Of course these situations do not happen to all buyers. But as I was told directly from one of their top administrators, Gl receives complaints from from 50% of their buyers. Rather than address the issues and resolve, they appear happy with that number!

They kept saying that there is no problem with the porch. We even brought out a level to show it was uneven, but they were still too stubborn to listen. After they were done ruining it, it looked even worse. The second time they came, they made it even worse and left a mess of concrete on the porch.

It was told to the HOA manager, who yes everyone to death but did nothing. Finally a resident took the piece of the equipment that was broken away. So doesn t GL care about children s safety?

I would have a really hard time buying a home from any builder that had something like this. Maybe they changed it by the time you’re watching this video, but I would definitely if you’re looking at buying a home by GL. I’ve never run into this from any other builder. I’ve never run into it from Cardel or Lennar or Homes by Westbay or anybody, anything like this right here. This is why I’m doing a video because I want to help you. L. Think again before purchasing a Lennar home in Woodbridge Va. Unfortunately, on new construction, protection in a declining market is non-existent. I had to wait more than 5 months for them to install only to find out the sliding doors were installed in reversed and the screens could not be installed. GL home refused to fix them even thought I have 1 year home warranty and claimed the home was sold as it is. They don't care about the customer service and quality of their homes. If you’re going to be buying a home at The Ridge at Wiregrass Ranch or you want to buy a home in GL Homes or pretty much any builder. I highly recommend you get inspections and know this if you watch my videos. Builders want to do a good job, but they’re not perfect.

Think again before purchasing a Lennar home in Woodbridge Va. Unfortunately, on new construction, protection in a declining market is non-existent. In a declining market what happens and what will continue to happen is that when the VA-assigned appraiser comes out to do their work they will encounter some common conditions. We offer quality service at an affordable price. Anywhere from maintenances, service, or installations.

But even then, be prepared to be met with resistance when it comes to repairs.. According to BBB, it is not the number of complaints, but how they are resolved that buyers should pay attention to. Also, remember that you will never hear about all the people who have signed a nondisclosure with GL to get an issue resolved. That is how GL, throughout their history, has avoided public criticism.

Each day we meet and make new friends and keep ourselves feeling young again. I toured the Riverland community in Port St. Lucie. When I registered, I told the assistant that I had a realtor, but did not have my realtor information with me.

Continued to fix one issue even years after the warranty expeired at no charge. As someone else mentioned these homes are very expensive but it’s like they are put together with glue and tape. These are the most poorly built homes and they could care less. When we did our walkthrough they said put tape on any of the problems.

We will be moving as soon as the market steadies, didn't really want to thought this would be my last move. I'm 65, hubby is 70 and my mother is 92.

Hopefully, they’ll change this and rectify this before you buy a home, but I would definitely ask them before writing a contract. Hopefully, you’re using a real estate agent but whether you are or are not, definitely check this out. The Home Building is only part of the issue. It's the HOA and that is owned and run by the builder. Now as you walk through the beautiful models and see patio furniture on the patio you would think hmmmm I can have mine like this.....
